Clear Licences, Clear Responsibilities.

These terms explain the annual ada filo software licence and separately licensed industry modules. A conflicting term in your signed service document or quotation takes priority.Effective: 13 September 2026

Licence Structure

The core fleet licence is annual and based on the vehicle band. Rent, Route and Kids may have separate module licences and renewal dates. Module access opens only for its active period.

Invoicing And Suspension

Commercial launch uses manual invoicing and administrator-controlled licence activation. An overdue account may be suspended after the notified grace period. Suspension does not automatically delete data; it stops access and write operations.

Arvento

Live vehicle-data functions require the customer’s active, authorised Arvento service. The customer confirms authority to use the supplied connection. ada filo does not replace Arvento and cannot guarantee upstream field coverage or availability.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer manages user permissions, record accuracy, driver/parent notices, account and device security, and any document-retention obligations applying to its operation. Shared or borrowed accounts are prohibited.

Acceptable Use

Unauthorised access, investigation of another tenant, malicious uploads, excessive service load, misuse of location or child data and unlawful tracking are prohibited.

Support And Changes

Support scope follows the commercial quotation. Changes required for security or compliance may be made; material scope changes will be communicated to customers.
